Exemplary Service and Integrity from Ryan Haffner & Orkin! I am so impressed with the level of service I received from Orkin's Wilsonville office, especially from Area Sales Manager Ryan Haffner. Out of the three companies I called for an worrisome issue, Orkin was the first to respond expeditiously and set an appointment for the very next day. One national competitor still hasn't contacted me, and a local company wanted $187 just to show up for an estimate! This responsiveness alone set them apart. As it turned out, I did not have termites as initially feared, but a completely different issue. What truly defines this company is what happened next: Ryan is actively helping me investigate and identify this other problem, even though it's not going to potentially generate any revenue for

Our technician Bradley was great. We’ve used Orkin previously and also felt our technician, Aaron, was a star. When we moved, we switched to Brooks Pest Control. The service and quality was not the same, so we’ve now switched back to Orkin for services.

Scheduled an exterminator appointment with a 2–4 pm window — no one showed. I called the company, they apologized and escalated it to the manager, who personally rescheduled with me. The manager then also no-showed. Appointment was supposed to be at 1:00 pm. I called him at 1:15 and was told, “Yeah, I’m stuck in Wilsonville, headed to you now.” Wilsonville is at least a hour away from us. I said I was going to with another exterminator and he said ‘I understand’. So frustrating since this company had great reviews.

Grant was extremely professional, friendly and explained the whole process while working throughout our house. He made us feel confident that our house would be pest free soon. Also, that our animals would be safe while he exterminated. Great price and will use them every time from now on. Thank you!

Aaron came out to our home for a rat/mouse issue and did an outstanding job. He took the time to inspect everything, set us up with a solid plan, and we’ve already seen the problem slowing down and getting under control. He even came back for a follow-up just a couple days later, right on time. He’s professional, friendly with our whole family, and clearly knows what he’s doing. If you need pest control in the Estacada area, I definitely recommend asking for Aaron!
