Love our new quiet garage door opener. Service was excellent; service person was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Price for labor and parts was reasonable . We are very happy with the results.

We were very disappointed in the lack of service and expertise from this company. This contractor apparently has little knowledge of UL325, the industry standard that provides requirements for the safe operation of overhead doors. Two technicians, on two separate days failed to understand the secondary safety requirement for a garage door to automatically reverse against a wood block on the floor. This organization really needs to train its technicians to industry standards. UPDATE: We are grateful for the full refund issued since posting this review and their commitment to upgrading their employee training.

Our technician Dan was efficient and explained things well to fix our doors so they operate properly. We will be using the service again for new openers in a few months.

We needed a quote to get a couple panels replaced. He came and saw that all it needed was repaired. Saved us a decent amount of money and he did an amazing job! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
