My experience with Orlando Outdoor Living was exceptional from the beginning to the very end. After a consult visit l, I decided to hire them to construct a screened pergola by StruXture to create a space that I could enjoy year-round free from the blind mosquitos (midges) that are so prominent here in Central Florida. I added privacy screens for a touch of elegance that I absolutely love. They were professional from the time of the consult, and during construction of the pergola. Upon completion of the project they did a final walk-thru to ensure that I was completely satisfied. The entire project took approximately 3 weeks from beginning to the end and I couldn’t be happier. Orlando Outdoor living was such a pleasure to work with. We had them do an outdoor kitchen and pergola on our patio. From the very beginning Jim was great to work with and when it came time to start the projects Manny was great to work with as well. All the workers who helped build our wonderful backyard oasis were great and very professional. We held off almost 4 years to do these projects as we couldn’t find a company we were comfortable with. We’re so glad we waited and found Orlando Outdoor Living, we highly recommend them.

We ordered a pergola for our backyard. The quality and esthetics are really beautiful. The construction team was amazing: reliable, competent, listening to our concerns and always trying to resolve things to our satisfaction. Customer service was excellent. I only have positive comments on the company, the process, the products they sell, the team and as I mentioned above, the post installation customer service. Our contact was Jim McMahon and he definitely went above and beyond to resolve the last little issues we still had… and he did that even though we had already paid the product in full!
