Orlie's AC & Heating

I had an excellent experience with Orlie’s AC and Heating— thanks to Orlando, the technician who came out to help. From the start, Orlando was professional, knowledgeable, and true to his word. He arrived exactly when he said he would and wasted no time getting to work. Within a few minutes he had my AC system diagnosed, I gave him the green light to proceed with the required fix and within an hour my AC was back up and running smoothly. He knows his trade and genuinely cares about giving great service.

Orlando is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his profession. He came out at 6am to make sure I had my AC running before the day started. He found out that it was just a burned out capacitor and replaced that and had me up and running in no time. And I still made it to work on time. I would highly recommend Orlie's AC. Orlando helped me out .I have inherited a house in Mesa but I live in Washington state. He came out to inspect my ac unit. Gave me an honest assessment and told me it had a fees years left but would need replacing soon. He serviced and cleaned it for me and when I am ready he will be my go to for replacement. Great service and person!
