Customer service is awful. I called twice to get bake element installed and they would rather text than to return a phone call. The price to install a bake element was high. I was trying to support local owned small business in the neighborhood but I will spend my money elsewhere.

I’m so thankful for the service I received from Orphe's Appliance Repair. Mr. Orphe replaced the heating element on my stove just in time for Thanksgiving! While he was here, I mentioned some water pooling around my refrigerator, and he took the time to flush the freezer drain. His professionalism, fair pricing, and willingness to go the extra mile made a big impression on me. Highly recommend!
