I contacted Prayor Heating and Air on a Sunday about having my mother’s furnace replaced and they were on the job immediately!! I was completely comfortable with who I chose for the project because not only did they offer their expertise, they also were very professional and experienced. My mother is elderly and they were very courteous and respectful. It is very difficult these days to find a company that is personable and also experienced in what they do, but this company has proven that it does still exist. Prator Heating and Air was very professional from start to finish of my AC and coil repair. When ever I call Rick he is very responsive and gets the job done. I went from temps of 90 and above to cool air! I was told exactly what was going on with my unit and what needed to be done. I was given additional instructions on how to sign up for my warranties. He also followed up the next morning to make sure everything was performing properly. I would definitely recommend his services and I will be using them for future services at all my properties.
