Our AC stopped blowing cool air in the midst of a heat wave. I called Ortiz air and they made an appointment with us the same day only a few hours later !!! Fixed the problem quickly for reasonable price. They are very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

I read previous reviews, that's what prompted me to give them a call, my Central Air has not been working properly for a while now it would turn on for about 5 minutes, blow some air, not even cold air then turn off, it wouldn't even blow heat. I called Ortiz Air on 6/17/19 at 6:30 in the evening, I was all ready to leave a message, I really wasn't expecting anyone to answer the phone but someone did, Martin to be exact, he was polite and helpful he told me it would be a 45.00 service call to come out and diagnose the problem and if I chose to have the problem repaired the 45.00 goes towards the repair fees, Martin gave me an appointment for the next day between the hours of 8:30-10:30 am, I was happy and surprised that I got an appointment so soon, today 6/18/19 Ortiz air-conditioning spe
