11.22.2025 - Luis from Ortiz Heating and Cooling came to our home to do our pre-winter system check. He did a thorough and excellent job at a fair price. We are really glad we switched to Ortiz! Bob and Debi Kolasa Today was the first time we hired Ortiz Heating and Cooling after using another company for 4 years. We are VERY SATISFIED with our choice to switch to Ortiz. Luis our Tech was excellent AND the price was excellent too. If you want to do business with a skilled and reputable HVAC company please give this Family owned business a try!

Worst service ever. They came to my house and claimed to “fix” my air unit. I paid them $600, but the unit stopped working again that same day. I tried contacting them multiple times to have them come back and make it right, but they never responded. Thankfully, I had Goins Heating and Air come out instead, and they helped me fix the issue properly. plus, my unit was still under warranty the whole time. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually stands behind their work

Miguel from the office is very efficient. We are very pleased with the company. They came in on schedule, with lots of people who new exactly what to do, and finished the house (very large) in two days.

Miguel was constantly providing updates to me regarding scheduling and obtaining the parts. The first time around a part was replaced in the pouring rain. They were quick to obtain a new motor and install for me.

We are so glad we came across Ortiz Heating and Air. They quoted us a very fair price for installing a new unit and helped get our ductwork situated here in the house as well. We are very satisfied with the work they did for us and we appreciate their prompt response to our needs in this hot summer season!
