Worst Experience ever. I had Ortiz Home Services pour a new patio extension at my home. Within a week the patio had shifted and a crack was visible. It took them almost a month to get back out to start some repairs. Every time I would call the owner would tell me he would be there to repair it, but wouldn't show up. I would follow up with numerous phone calls and texts without response. Finally, he showed up to repair the shift. To fix it they floated my already existing patio (which has now cracked). Three months later they came back to fix the crack. They used a totally different concrete to float the new addition with the crack. Now the new addition is worse than before, and a different color than the already existing patio that they floated to offset the shift. All in all this
