My community's HOA used Oscar construction for re-roofing our section of townhouses. They had to come back out to my town home a month after the roofing work had been completed b/c water damage showed up on my bedroom ceiling after a few days of substantial rain. I wish i had gotten the name of the gentleman who came out the first time (may have been Oscar himself), but even after seeing the water spots for himself this gentleman tried to convince me that the water damage wasn't coming from the roof. My bedroom is at the top of the house (there's no where else the water could be coming from) and since the roof was fixed this second time - there have been no further leaks!
