I’d like to thank your utility truck for ignoring the completely open and empty road to pull up on my front lawn and spin his tires and dig a hole in my front lawn leaving tracks all over and also crushing the garbage can lid. So completely unecessary. I’ll be sure to recommend your company to no one ever. They could have stopped and at least apologized.

My car was parked on the street and one of the Osmose drivers just rolled right into my rear bumper. There was ABSOLUTELY no reason to be that close to my car. I know from my security camera that there were 2 people in the Osmose truck. Basic procedure when doing any type of construction if you need eyes on the outside you ask your partner to get out and help you, same should go for parking if you had the people available. But that shouldnt even have been necessary, there was tons of space behind the truck. These people just didn't care. I called Osmose to complain and they just gave me the run around. Oh that's not my department call this number which leads to another transfer which leads to a dead end. I tried contacting them several times and always the same thing. I've seen other rev

July 3rd 2024 at 640am. Beware of these “utilities specialists” they try to gain access to my home without a work order and claimed to work for Verizon FiOS. This con artist claims that I’m liable if something happens…as a “professional” those are words you should not say to a homeowner…I encourage everyone to call the local authorities and file reposts against the New Jersey based company called Osmose.

Careless employees wake up half of hotel handling material in the parking lot at 6am while blocking the only exit so cars can’t leave

Your "employees" need to be educated. You are not allowed to trespass on private property by placing a leaflet on the door. ID was never shown and when confronted on my OWN PROPERTY your "employees" were disrespectful. Police were notified in this instant. No one should EVER be disrespected at HOME. You are not a government agency and you need permission to enter a gated area. You should be ashamed of the people you hire. You claim to be critical but instead of respecting people's privacy and asking with manners in a cooperative way your "employees" barge into peoples property with tools like they are breaking into people's home. You don't know if there are animals protecting the property. You don't know if people have been assaulted recently and will defend themselves from trespassers. Yo
