Osterhus Outdoors Fiberglass Pools

We are so happy with our new Osterhus pool. Great communication and follow-through during the entire project. Michelle and the entire team were awesome to work with. I don’t know why we didn’t do this sooner. Thank you Osterhus for making our dreams come true.

Just over a year ago we began our search for any and all information we could find about becoming a pool owner. We met with 3 different installers 2 for fiberglass. After all our research my husband and I decided to get a Leisure or Latham fiberglass pool with Osterhus. We met and planned everything with Michelle. To say Michelle is amazing is an understatement. She went over everything throughly and has been there for us every step of this process. Our pool was installed in the winter so we did wait some time to have our project finished, because we chose concrete for our surrounding deck. Osterhus Outdoors is the pool supplier and installer for anyone wishing for an exceptional experience. Like most, we were unfamiliar with the variety of inground pools. We did extensive research, met with a dozen companies and saw countless pools over a 4 month period. We initially met with Michelle and her knowledge and patience helped us find the perfect pool. We purchased a Latham inground fiberglass pool. Michelle clearly explained the pool insulation process, guided through the financing and clearly communicated every step of the installation. I purchased the 30’ Ultimate from Osterhus back in October 2025. The entire process from sales, installation, and customer service has been outstanding. As a new pool owner, I have had a lot of questions. Ken, Michelle, Kenny Jr, Cyndi and their entire team have been professional and intently responsive. They reached out this past week before the impending bad weather to ensure I had a plan in place in preparing the pool for potential power loss. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.
