Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who are genuinely eager to help—not just point you toward an aisle and move on. They take the time to ask questions and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. Whether I’m working on a home improvement project, a small repair, or seasonal yard work, they always have the right tools, hardware, paint supplies, and outdoor products in stock. Their paint department is especially helpful, and the staff is great at making recommendations based on what you’re trying to accomplish. My husband had an order that I picked up. The store offers free popcorn which my kids look forward to because they love popcorn. When we went to leave, the lady had taken the bin with the popcorn and put it behind the counter. When I asked if my kids could had some popcorn, she grabbed the bags from the bin and said, "here, take it all". If you don't want to give free popcorn, then don't offer it!

Excellent Hardware store with a wide variety of items. Great customer service,I didn't have to find a worker as one approached me asking if I needed anything.

This store has none of the advantages you would expect of a small hardware store. The employees are not knowledgeable or helpful. The guy I talked to about keys refused to cut my key and also could not sell me a key to cut because he didn’t have it. He was no help at all and was oddly awkward in his interaction. A different store in town had no problem cutting the keys for me.

Poor customer service by multiple employees! Went there for one thing and took over 15 mins inside the store trying to find help from a worker. The girl behind the register seemed like she could care less about her job. Do better!! I will spend my money elsewhere !
