Thrush Sanitation Service

They cancelled my account for me asking why they are raising my bill $30. I tried to call again just to pay the bill but they took me off of the route. They said they wouldn't take 161 gallons a week for $90, when they've been taking it for two years now. I called republic services and they can give me and take, two 96 gallon trash cans for $105 every three months. The manager here needs to be let go due to her poor customer service and communication skills. As well as not being able to answer my simple question. She had freaked out and said that they were doing me a favor, when I never asked for it. Then proceeded to disconnect my services without telling me. Thrush needs new management. I highly recommend republic services if you have more than 180 gallons a week going out. Best bang for

So far I have been impressed with Thrush. First of all someone actually answered the phone the first time I called. Second I ordered service the trashcan was at my door THE SAME DAY! No excuses about can shortages like the other service. I'm sure judging from reviews that service for pickup will be just as excellent.

Highly recommend Thrush Sanitation for garbage and portable toilet/septic services! Our garbage man is the best! When you call the office, you speak to a real person which is rare these days. Everyone is so nice & helpful there. We just rented toilets and hand wash stations for our neighborhood block party, too and they were so helpful and efficient!

Never had a problem with Thrush services, I do have a problem with having to explain to my adult husband how to pay a bill. Christopher overpaid and was unable to receive a refund for his overpayment. Unfortunately, we are moving out of service area and will have to wait to end service as they do not refund until cancelation. It is strange, but the overpayment is his own fault as he did not ask the bill total before announcing he would be paying $300 for a service that costs $80 for 3 months lol. 0 stars for Christopher today. 5 for Thrush for good service and out of spite.

We needed a porta potty for a last minute event on 4th of July weekend and Thrush went out of their way to get one to us when everyone one else said it would be impossible. They were super easy to work with and nice on the phone and in person. We decided to keep the unit on-site for the summer, as we have a few other things coming up and they come out every week to empty and clean it. They did an amazing job of caring for it after the holiday weekend and even added air fresheners! Don't bother calling anyone else for your portable toilet needs, Thrush takes the (urinal) cake!
