We had a Home renovation project with Otterbeck. Renovated a pantry, porch, and deck, into a half bath, laundry room, mudroom, and new deck. We had very good early meetings with them. Their price estimate was really good. Once they got in, the craftsmanship was excellent. They did a great job to match our existing woodwork. While there, they listened to us and were responsive to our needs. They were professional. The work site was kept neat and clean. They were on time. We are very happy with the results and we recommend Otterbeck to others.

Dett visited my house for a quote over a month ago. We were concerned he might not be willing to take the job because it was small in scope, but he assured us that was not a problem. He anticipated getting back to us with a quote in 2 weeks. He emailed us twice about returning a quote to us. One of the times he said he was going on vacation so the quote would be another 1-2 weeks past the original date. Instead of calling back, he sent a form letter saying he was unable to write a quote at this time due to other commitments but to contact them in the future if we needed their services. I felt this was very unprofessional on the company's end and came completely out of the blue given past communications with Dett. We could have gotten other quotes and moved ahead with our project by now in
