Chris Otto and all those who work for him are not only professional, but they are polite and hard workers. In all the years I lived in Cinnaminson this is the first time I can really say I love sitting in my yard. Chris Ottos did an incredible job of highlighting the architecture of our home. He listened to our ideas, came up with a beautiful plan and his prices were very reasonable. Plus he was a pleasure to work with! The project was done in a couple days, despite the cold and constant challenges!

We recently contracted Otto's to install a patio in our back yard and replace our front walkway, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We are in Merchantville, and have seen Otto's do other great work in the area so they were our first choice. Chris is not only super professional but also very personable and an excellent communicator - after establishing contact, he came out multiple times to help us construct a plan and not only worked to understand what we were looking for but also made suggestions based on his experience to guide us in the right direction. He gave us options from the start, and was very flexible in helping us make the right choices - even pivoting along the way when we had to make some minor updates to the project scope. Chris and his crew did an outstanding job installing my pavers. They were very professional and conscientious of the work area. After the work was completed Chris communicated with me future care my pavers might need and made note to check back with me. I would not hesitate to give him a call for future work.
