This is the second time they've come back to weed whip, yet they haven't trimmed anything and they're literally just blowing dirt from the parking lot all over tenants cars. This place is a joke. Now they're telling tenants to put in"maintenance requests" to do weed whipping. This is outlandish lol. That doesn't even make sense. There's OVERGROWN WEEDS ALL OVER THE PROPERTY! Specifically towards the back where I'm assuming they think people don't look. RIGHT NEXT to the other property they mow (and also don't whip or trim). They don't even bring weed whips to the job. They literally do a half ass mow and dip out. For such large accounts, making thousands of $$ every summer to do such a poor job is crazy. Outdoor Landscaping LLC recently did some excellent work in my yard: removing an old deeply rooted shrub, planting a new one, clearing weeds, edging and mulching several beds, etc. The crew was careful to not disturb plantings already in place, and were conscientious and thorough in their work, I didn't have an opportunity to talk with all of the crew but I found Madison and Orlando to be very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Ken, one of the heads of the company, was very helpful about explaining things and was willing to work with the details that were important to me.
