Please avoid this company. My senior citizen parents hired them to complete several projects at their home, including a deck, fence, shed, pergola, and concrete pad. Initially, they seemed professional and accommodating on a tight timeline. Unfortunately, after being paid upfront in good faith, they disappeared before completing the work. While the deck itself looks fine, the rest of the projects remain unfinished. They left piles of building materials scattered across the property and ordered incorrect materials for the pergola, promising to reorder and return — six months later, they still haven’t come back. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they no longer respond to calls or messages. My parents are now out thousands of dollars and have been forced to pursue legal action. This

Outdoor Installations has done both a new aluminum fence and wood deck for us over the past year, and we have been very pleased with the results; we've also had complements from the neighbors on both. The fence was pretty straightforward, though there were a couple issues which arose pertaining to supply and the permit, but the team was very quick to resolve them. The deck was a custom design and came with some challenges to the construction process due to the original homebuilder. Doug, one of the co-owners and team lead for the deck project, worked with me during each stage of the process to help balance design with costs. Replaced a 30 year old wood privacy fence. Great job with fence removal. Love my fence. A few hiccups along the way. The guys who work for this company are great - polite & friendly. Jayden did a great job. The communication with Stephen could be better. When you can only communicate through text things can be a challenge. Not everyone responds on the same time frame. Overall a good company. Would have given them five stars if it was easier to communicate!
