I love the work that Outdoor Solutions performed on our backyard project. We have a small space but they brought it to life with just the right balance of grass and plant beds. Their advice with using Zoysa grass because of the shade has really paid off. Their exceeded our expectations.

We have OSG as a required service as part of our HOA and their quality is like they can't be fired. They seem to weed only on certain schedules that are infrequent - I have had 1-2 foot tall weeds that their workers literally walk around or over week after week. I email them about it and it is never taken care of quickly. When they mulch, you have to go sweep mulch off walkways and driveways that they miss. And I know weather affects service dates but past companies I have had will adjust all schedules to get service done - here OSG very frequently will skip entire weeks because it rained on "your day". If you have a choice, I'd look elsewhere.

Failed to meet expectations and promises outlined in the flyer. Little to no attention to detail despite weekly communications. Weeds are thriving strong, grass is lacking fertilizer. This is a new construction.

Had a good experience with Outdoor Solutions for a 1.5 acre cleanup of the property we just purchased. It had been under maintained for a few years and over the course of several days they got it back in shape.
