On the ordering side, Curt was incredibly helpful and worked with us to arrange a last-minute install date. Everyone involved in the whole process was proactive, responsive, and most of all, just plain nice. On the install side, we're extremely happy with how everything turned out. The installers (Ishmael and Angel) were punctual, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. On top of that, they were communicative about how they planned to lay out the carpet and any necessary seams, etc. and did a final walkthrough to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. The carpet itself looks great--they were able to get away with only one seam, and blended it really nicely. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We had a great experience with Outlook Flooring, Monroe. Rick came to our home to measure for flooring and worked with us to find the right flooring for our needs. The installers were totally professional; worked hard to install quickly and did not leave a mess to clean up. We will go back to Outlook Flooring if we need flooring in the future. I throughly enjoy working with Outlook Flooring and Carmen at the Monroe location. We used them for the carpet and laminate of my entire new house and enjoyed them so much we just hired them to install a runner on my stairs. Everything is beautiful and exactly what we were looking. If you are looking for a friendly and professional company, with an incredible end state product then I recommend them.
