The service was excellent and very friendly. They had exactly what we needed., when no one else did. They also had a nice selection of pumpkins, milk pumpkins, to make pumpkin pie and apples. Stop by if you're in the neighborhood whether you need stove pipe, apples or Nike naks for the house, they have a little bit of everything.

Outside matters cares about the inside also. The nice folks here delivered wood to me and let me pay a couple days later when my SSI check came. If it wasn't for their kindness my family and pets wood be out in the cold when the outside matters. when the temps are about to be -5 these folks literally saved my family's life. Heart warming...

Always love buying my wood chips off Outside Matters. My home looks amazing with fresh new chips. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Prices are great as well. I always look forward to a trip at Otside Matters.

This company is dishonest. They took my payment for pellets in June and promised to deliver by Labor Day. It’s now the end of September and they will not schedule delivery. I have requested a refund but they are dodging me on that now as well. Use extreme caution when dealing with this company

In the past the cord wood we got was good. This year it's garbage. Almost no hardwood in the cord. Much of it was 22" , not 16"and it had to be split. Add of that wasn't bad enough there was a lot of camp wood in there as well. Very disappointing!
