Over & Above Garage Doors

After my son purchased his home, his Dad and I were horrified that the garage door’s lower panel was dented, mangled, and dangerous to operate. We wanted to gift him new doors. Home Depot’s time schedule was two months out. We called Over and Above. Derrick immediately responded and arranged an appointment within 25 minutes. He listened to our dilemma and scheduled installation within one week. As we are seniors and technically challenged, he patiently walked us through applying for financing! My garage door broke down and I needed to get it repaired quickly . They were able to get us scheduled as soon as possible. Derrick showed up on time. The repair was done in no time. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Good experience overall! The tech was past the end of the given window of time given, but I don't think it was his fault! Sounds like traffic and coverage for a coworker put him behind which is understandable. Communication was good, and once he arrived the work was efficient and explained clearly. Appreciate the work and getting someone out the day after I called.
