Over the Top Restoration LLC

Over the Top took care of a leaky area on my roof recently. They kept everything clean, did a good job of matching the new work to old, and most importantly took care of the leak! I recommended them and will be calling them when I’m ready for a full replacement.

I dealt mostly with Cody and Kyle. They made the process simple and convenient. They are easy to work with and very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about them. A pleasure to work with and I will do business with them in the future.

Huge shout out to Cody Hecker for helping me. He worked with me for 4 months as we fought insurance and navigated barriers (with insurance). He was always available to help, always answered my endless questions, and a great advocate. I had horrible experiences before finding this company! They truly care about you and helping. Brandon with Over the Top Restoration made everything easier with getting a new roof, from dealing with insurance to make a claim from hail damage, to ensuring we got what we wanted once it was all done. There were some things done incorrectly from the last roof job and those things got done correctly this time. Very pleased. EDIT: It is a few months later. There were some issues with billing where our payment wasn't recorded but it got straightened out. Mistakes happen at times and although we had a lot of stress about it I do appreciate the customer service in making it right.
