The service technician Tony did an excellent job repairing my garage door repair. My door was installed in 1997 when my house was built. It still looks good and matches my other garage door so I was worried if it could be fixed I would have to replace two doors. Tony studied the situation and told me not to worry because he figured out how to fix the door. He meticulously repair the door and the checked both doors for any other issues. It was very refreshing to see someone who truly cares about satisfying the customer.

I saw Nick at another house in my neighborhood and I stopped and ask hom of he would be willing to help me with getting some garage door openers. Nick was very nice and open to helping me. He explained that he was on a service call and if it would be okay to help me when he was done. I gave him. My number and told him to call me when he was done. A couple of hours later he called and said that he was on the way. Again he was very professional and super friendly and serviced my garage door as well as selling and programming the remotes I needed. I never would have known about the service if he had not mentioned it. He is definitely a asset to your company.

Mr. Tony (#9) was a breath of fresh air. My 5-speed heavy duty pickup truck rolled hard into my garage door and I was frantic. He did everything he could to help me remain calm and effectively secured my home until my replacement garage door comes in. Thank you for the wonderful service, Mr. Tony.
