Overhead Door Company of Brownwood

Purchased a garage door and Opener about two years ago. Installation crew was prompt and personable. Receptionist was very difficult to deal with but we needed the product and delt with it. Fast forward to the current time frame. Door opener went out last Wednesday so I called for repairs. Same receptionist same attitude. First available date was today (Monday), inconvenient but okay. The receptionist called Monday morning and informed me that they can't come until Wednesday. The delay wasn't the problem the attitude was. We will never do business with Brownwood Overhead Door again.

Randomly closed in middle of day 11.20 am with people inside.. useless Went back told them what I wanted to buy got told no.. would have to wait a week untill one of the guys were there to make sure it's what I wanted?? Take my money and give me what I want but no. Guess I'll go spend my money somewhere else

Called on a Wednesday morning and they had a very professional and helpful tech out at my house that afternoon. Fair rates, great service and friendly employees. Will call again for service. Great experience

They are not speedy, but they did a great job on the installation.

Kyle was a great technician - got my door up and functioning again in no time.
