They had what I needed and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very clean & well stocked. The people were very friendly and helpful

I gave the mechanic a one star not the store. The mechanic worked on my chain saw and didn't back up his work. After charging me a 100 plus for a new carburetor and after using it i had the same problems with it when I first took it too him. I called to see what I could do and they said bring it in so he can look at it. Well little did they say that I was going to get charged labor again 48.00 for a half hours work. He found nothing wrong he said so why charge to start it up and hear it. This mechanic is ripping people off by charging you again for the work he did. On top of that he said there was nothing wrong so why charge. I guess if I have trouble with it again for the same thing I will get charged another 48.00 for him to look at it and tell me nothing wrong. I have bought my stihl w

Staff greets at entry and asks what they can help with. 99% of the time the employee takes you exactly where you need to go immediately.... Great place and they make you feel important and make sure you have everything you need. Quality products.
