Overhead Door Company of Cedar Rapids

Cedar Rapids Overhead Door folks are great! Our rental townhouse garage door keypad didn't work and the landlord didn't know the code in any event. The 800# Customer Service Agent walked me through resetting the numbers a couple times, but they indicated the key pad was broke. They actually asked me if I thought the Landlord knew how old the opener was?? Ha! So I sent the local website a service request. I got a call almost immediately from Melody and scheduled the repair. Mike came within the given service window and fixed us up with a new keypad. And they haven't yet billed us for the new keypad. I'm impressed and Thankful!

I have used Overhead Doors for many years and I recently called for service (I thought I was calling Overhead Doors) and another company came out. It didn't take me very long for me to realize that "this wasn't Overhead Doors" that we had been using previously over the years. I was able to get in touch with Overhead Doors and Aaron Strottman came to the rescue. Complete professional! Great service and had our problem resolved and is working great!! Thank you!

If I could give more than 5 I would!! Great customer service! We moved to the area recently and our new home had a dated garage door opener and wasn’t closing! Within 24 hours we had a brand new system, openers and new technology that allows you to close the door within an app! Love it so much! Thank you to Deric Powell and his amazing team!! This was a 5 star experience until today. A relative accidently ran into our garage door, and they were very quick getting out to our house to make it usable again until parts could be ordered. The door replacement was seamless. They replaced it while we were at work, and everything worked and looked so much better then before. Customer Service was top notch, and communication was effective. Or so I thought. I paid for the replacement door without delay, and thought I was paid up. However, I forgot about the initial invoice for the repair making the door usable temporarily. I have 4 kids and a crazy busy life, which is why I appreciated them working with our schedule so well.
