Outstanding experience! Trish was a big help finding the Liftmaster openers that I wanted. Once they had the openers, Trish coordinated the install promptly. Ritchie did an excellent job on the install of the two openers. The install was very neat and clean. Ritchie helped me to program my keypad and walked me through how to program more remotes. I would highly recommend this company!

Overhead door got our service call scheduled quickly. Richie was our technician. He was very polite, personable and up front about the best solution to our issues. I would recommend overhead door and especially recommend Richie.

Richie was excellent and very customer service oriented. He was very polite and professional - he did an excellent job changing panels on one of my garage doors and lubricating both doors - also helped me set the codes and ensured both doors were functional and repaired.

I did a reset on my garage door opener and then it would not work. I Contacted Overhead Door Company and they came out the same day. Richie gave me a call showed up on time fixed. Everything cleaned up and gave me advice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am grateful for the professionalism as well. From the receptionist and the dispatcher. But Richie was outstanding kudos!

I don't just give out reviews, but this one is deserving. The technician / sales person (Dennis) identified an issue that had been bothering me for years and immediately provided a solution. He didn't have to go out of his may, but for my peace of mind he did just that. Thank you sir and thank you Allied Door & Hardware. Defiantly would recommend!!!!
