One of the springs for my overhead garage door broke (40 yrs old!) so I called Overhead Door company in Dallas which I’ve used several times and have always been satisfied. The technician Geri, assigned to my job called me and explained to me what I needed to do if I wanted to try to open the garage door until he got there. He arrived as expected; was very knowledgeable; did the job on time and I was very pleased with the service. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the technician and the outcome.

Due to ice conditions, appointment was delayed every day for several days & I got a call daily, early morning and when they were able, I know I was 1st on list. Mario was great. Got it fixed. Very pleasant gentleman. Wouldn’t think of calling any other garage door company.

Terrible Experience - Avoid Overhead Door Company at All Costs! Overhead Door Company installed the garage door on my new home for the builder, and the entire installation has been a nightmare. Despite being a brand-new home with a brand-new garage door, they completely botched the installation. The spring system doesn’t work, and the door cannot open or close smoothly. I have to manually force it open and closed with my hands, and it makes loud, alarming noises. I’ve called their service department hundreds of times, but my calls always go to voicemail, and no one ever calls back. It’s like they’ve completely ghosted me.
