I won’t go into details about what I did to my garage door to save myself from the embarrassment, but I am SO HAPPY that I went with this company. They were so quick to respond to my address, literally no more than (maybe) a couple hours from the incident itself. Derrick Whiting was my technician and he was AMAZING. He got it done in like an hour and was so detailed — you can barely even tell there was any damage to it. From the incident happening around 9am, it was repaired beautifully and I was out running my errands at 11:30am. If it ever happens again (and I definitely hope it doesn’t lol), I am calling Derrick at Overhead Door!!!! 10000/10

Oh my goodness!! If there was more than 5 stars Overhead Door would get them all!! This place is amazing!! Derek Whiting did such a great job. He’s nice respectful and I thought he was funny lol … but for real very friendly guy!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Derrick Whiting did a great job repairing out garage door. He was pleasant and informed us how to do regular maintenance on the garage door. If we have any other issues, we’ll definitely request Derrick.

I cannot begin to describe how great the service provided by Derrick from Overhead Door Company was! One of our garage door springs broke in the middle of the night, trapping our car in the garage. Called Overhead Door and they came out the same day! They quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, they didnt have the parts on hand to fix it but they came out the next day and fixed it at a very reasonable.price. Derrick was super friendly, explained everything in detail, and answered any questions I had. If you are looking for a honest company for any of your garage door needs, please give them a call!
