Overall experience was good. That being said. I was not kept informed about the Door that I ordered. I had to call and ask if it had come in! Only then was I placed on the install schedule. My installation and Installer was Awesome.

Our garage door got stuck open Friday morning, and Overhead Doors was able to work us in Friday afternoon and take care of the problem! Rusty is very personable as well as knowing all things "garage door". The bills from all service calls make me wince, but this one was more reasonable than most.

The person that came out was very professional and did a great job. He replaced the broken spring quickly. He also took the time to oil my rollers and it hasn't been this quiet in many years. I would use this company again.
