Do not trust this company! Made things worse and damaged my garage door! I called for a repair and was happy that they could send a tech the next day. I was told the tech would call when he was on his way (since they give a time range of arrival). The tech did not call, and by the time I got to the door, he had gotten in his truck and it looked like he was about to leave. The tech tried moving the door manually, and I pointed out that it was locked, and I pointed at the slide lock. I had to repeat this 2-3 times as the tech didn’t seem to understand. The technician used a step ladder that was MINE (without asking) and got it dirty. I usually used the one he used inside, so I would have gotten him a different ladder HAD HE ASKED. Had a quote done and was working with Frank on a deposit. I called and waited almost a week for a return call. He called Saturday and was suppose to call Monday and confirm if the deposit way would work as there’s a price increase on the 3rd. No call until the evening of the 2nd I told him tomorrow would be a lot easier. He said sorry we need to work out a new deal because I didn’t make the deadline. Fantastic customer service and on-site service. Called for a fix of an older garage door. Not only did they have the part(s) in stock. They gave me a price and texted me when the service person was on the way. After the job was complete they explained what was done and any tips on preventive maintenance. Highly recommend.

Frank came to measure for my door nov 29th STILL waiting called weeks ago said had just shipped out . Stopped into day to get my deposit back it should have been done 2 times my now said came in 3 weeks ago and was setting in back never called never given installation date nothing . I was told people with rrpairs keeping them busy. It didn't mattet my door was broken and I'm parking in my driveway why can't they park a few days in there driveway and take their turn? I was told 6 to 8 weeks not FOUR MONTHS!! I guess if you are a female and a senior citizen and not a male you do not need a door and opener when yours breaks and it is difficult for you to get in your garage to park and end up in the driveway in these bad winter storms. They put my garage door on my house, priced me out several options and choices and did a amazing Job installing the garage door. Only reason I'm not going to out the 5th star is cause of the time it took for the door to come in, I'm not sure whether it was their fault 9r something of normality in that business. But I will be ordering my other 2 garage doors threw them this spring!
