This was overall a great experience. Less then 2 months from initial phone call to the final transaction. My old door was completely off track and was a danger to my family. The only hiccup was a slight scheduling snafu but it all worked out. Travis removed the old door and replaced it with a new one in about 2 hours. I will say he was very friendly and professional. Im very satisfied with the new door.

My experience was very positive and stress free. The technician was named Travis and he assured me at 8:30 a.m. that he would be done before noon. At around 11 a.m. he knocked on my door and said he was finished. He let me open and close the door several times. The technician knew what he was doing accomplished the installation with efficiency and professionalism. The former door had been damaged by several incidents over the course of a decade. The new door is much quieter and is air tight when it is down at night. My entire experience with Overhead Door was positive in every aspect. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about a new, or replacement overhead door.
