Justin and his co worker Muhad did a quick fantastic job of fixing our garage door....nice and professional too.

We accidentally called another company ( won’t mention names) we have very loud squeaky door hinges and a small torn hinge , the other company looked at it less than 2min and said we needed a whole new system 2k ish, Called overhead door , Justin and his crew came over looked at it less then 2min and said I’ll have ya fixed and quiet in les them 15 minutes,BAM STRESS taken off the hinges fixed broke hinge threw some lubricant on and problems solved , Excellent service with integirty, is a rare find , I have met the owner Ken in the past and the leadership comes from the top . THANKS JUSTIN and team at overhead doors longview , Ken GREAT TEAM !

The customer service has been outstanding and I live an hour from the Longview location. We ordered a custom door and hit a couple little snafus but they got us a temporary door and the installers (who were very professional) figured out a temporary solution until a permanent one can be made when a couple panels weren't right (manufacturing issue). Mr. Dale is such a sweetheart and has kept me up to date with everything. The entire office staff has been wonderful as well. I highly recommend doing business with Overhead Door!
