Overhead Door Company of New Bern

I had a spring break which kept the door closed with a car inside. They showed up the next day, replaced the spring and the door worked fine....for a few days. I noticed it started getting louder and banging so I asked them to come back. The new spring added tension to an old door, breaking the tracking. The next day they repaired it with no charge to me. I'll always call the OHD Company in New Bern for my garage door issues. Thank you.

Fabulous experience with Overhead Door Co! Polite receptionist, great communication leading up to service day, as well as diligent and professional! They wanted to make sure the job was done well. We were SO happy with the results and recommend them to everyone!

Technicians were polite and very skilled and happily explained questions I brought up. Only issue was if anything is special on your installation(for me it was a low clearance door) getting parts takes a while so expect it! As far as service they are definitely quick

They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute emergency service call. They arrived in a little over an hour. The technicians were knowledgeable and corrected the problem in less than an hour. The over the phone customer service was great. They assured me they would take care of the problem and their prices were very reasonable. The mess was cleaned up and my garage door works great now. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them back for any future needs.

I accidently drove into our garage door and we called overhead door. Dillon came and was outstanding. We were expecting to be told we needed a new door and he actually fixed it after a lot of hammering and determination!! Definitely will continue to use them for future issues!
