A rip off.... I ordered a hinge for $9.00. OHD quoted $175. Their product was defective, they do not stand behind there products.

Vitaly came out today to take care of some sounds my garage door was making. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant. I truly am enjoying my garage door. Overhead Door does not just sell garage doors, but they have prompt and excellent customer service also!

Outstanding customer service and same day repairs done right the first time. I wasn't available to be at home when the technician said he'd arrive, but he came over anyway and the damage was fixed before I got back. These folks don't overcharge for unneeded work. Will probably be setting up an annual maintenance deal with them.

Gary came to perform a spring replacement. He showed us the crack, explained why it happened and fixed it with very little inconvenience. I've used the Overhead Door Company in the past and was well pleased for services provided at my previous home in Woodstock. The NE Ga location is every bit as professional and provided quality work. You will be pleased as well. I like local work solutions and supporting my community.

Our garage door had come off the tracks and wasn't able to close or open. We were sent Service Technician Gary Nash. Gary did a great job. He was thoughtful enough to give us a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Explained to us everything that was happening and answered all of our questions. Gary was extremely professional and kind. Even got us under the quoted price! Very happy with our service today and happy to use Overhead Door and Gary in the future!
