Fine and thorough work accomplished. I feel good going into this year with all parts of my garage door operating according to industry standards. The technician was attentive to every detail and answered my questions. Price was very reasonable.

The sales and installation were excellent. The only issue was a couple of screws holding in one of the windows are missing.

The door wasn’t quite all the way up when it was hit so the bottom panel wheels and things were damaged. Overhead door company of Norwich CT was recommended to me. I called yesterday afternoon and they were here this morning. A very knowledgeable and polite technician explained my options. He could try to repair it with bolts first so that it could be immediately usable. I wasn’t sure if I would need a new bottom panel after, or if I just wanted to repair what was there. So, he repaired it so that it is operable and I can decide whether to replace the panel or not since he took all the information required for future replacement. This is excellent customer service and was truly appreciated.

Very timely, worked from start to finish, installed two complete garage door units rails and all in 4 hours arrived at 8 am finished a little after noon. Very satisfied.
