My experience with Jason was excellent. We’re new homeowners and knew next to nothing about pellet stoves. He helped us get our old pellet stove up and running when we thought it was beyond repair, and then did a thorough cleaning of the stove/ replacement of the parts he identified as needing replaced. We’re highly satisfied with his service, and relieved that we won’t have to rely solely on oil to get us through the winter. 10/10!
