Overhead Door Company Of Olean

I was expecting to leave a message at 5 in the morning but, I got an answer and Overhead was here at 8am. My door was frozen solid to the ground but my door opener kept going bending and breaking part of my door and bending the track for the opener. He got my car out so I could go to work. Returned at 4pm and my door and opener is almost good as new but, no worse than it was before this mess. He charged a very reasonable price and I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone. Thank you

Called this company and spoke to a man asking about an opener since mine broke. He said t could be fixed and then buy new door and opener when I am ready. Made 2 apts to come here and never showed up. After the 2nd time, he would not even answer the phone. No more games. He lost the cash deal for a temp. fix and in a few months an all new set up. I will be going elsewhere.

Reached out to Over Head Door through their website, it took two weeks for someone from the Olean office to contact me. The guy Gene scheduled an appointment, showed up a half hour late for the appointment, then told me he would send a price proposal with in two days.A week later, and no contact or job proposal. I called Gene, he apologized for not getting back to me, that he was busy, and he would send me the job proposal no later than Saturday. I received nothing. Needless to say Over Head Door won't be getting the job. Not what I would expect from Over Head Door.

They were extremely quick and efficient and the job was excellent. The serviceman were very friendly and courteous, and the cost was very reasonable. I wish that all tradesmen were as good as these guys.
