My Overhead garage door (residential, 2-car garage) has been trouble free since installation at the end of 2018. Yesterday, the door wouldn't go up, so I called the number on the sticker on the inside of the door. The person at customer support scheduled an approximate time the following day with service personnel. She checked in to confirm the following morning and the serviceman called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on the way. Just so happens the same man who installed the door arrived to service the door today. He identified the problem right away and had the door fixed very quickly. He was pleasant, kind and trustworthy. I contacted Overhead Door yesterday morning and was immediately put on the calendar for my garage to be looked at that afternoon. When the tech came out, I explained our situation and what we had been dealing with. He examined my door and immediately got to work. I had Precision come out months ago and needless to say, Overhead Door fixed all their errors and more! Great experience and great customer support. I HIGHLY recommend Overhead Door over any other company.

WOW! What a "GREAT" experience. We are relatively new to Albany Georgia. We just bought a house that had a shop out back that I wanted a garage door installed for our motorcycles. I've seen another company commercial on TV, so I decided to call there first. When I asked the lady are you located in Albany, she try to avoid my question and said ( in a scripted answer) they do work in Albany. We'll, they are located in Valdosta is what I found out. Charlie did a fantastic job on my garage door! The spring broke and the door was turned sideways. It was barely holding on. I was nervous for Charlie because it was very unsafe, but he put the garage back together and it looks like it was never broken! I am so grateful. I called Overhead and he was at my house within 30 minutes. I am thankful that God gave him the wisdom to get everything back in working order.
