After almost getting the wrong job done, I was able to connect with the actual experts at Overhead Door. I called and they worked with me to get the door inspected. They provided clear information about the repair and what parts were needed to get the job done. This team was amazing working around my schedule during a death in the family. I was never left guessing. The door was replaced and looks great. Everyone from the sales team (Trevon) and the technician (Terrence) were exceptional. Thank you all. We purchased 2 new overhead garage doors. Terrance, our technician, was outstanding. Upon initial installation Terrance noticed a small manufacturer defect in several panels. He completed the installation and reordered the panels to be replaced. The new panels arrived and Terrance swapped them in on Monday. The doors look great! And we can’t say enough good things about Terrance and Overhead - highly professional installation, knowledgeable, excellent communication. Highly recommended!
