This is not the first time I’ve used Overhead garage door, but I will say they are Awesome when it’s cold out and you don’t want your garage door hanging open or anything of the likes they are absolutely on point!!! The spring broke on my garage door. We set up an appointment. The next day he showed up, knocked it out!!! They gave me a time they would be there and he was there at that time!!! I have absolutely zero complaints when it comes to this company!!! I like the fact that he was so quick about how he repaired it. It’s like he had no question whatsoever about whether or not he knew what he was doing. He Did and that was very apparent!!! I would tell you his name and say to request him, but I don’t know his name because he wasn’t there long enough for me to ever figure that out!!

Garage door cable broke and a technician came out and replaced both. Four days later both cables broke. When the technician arrived he replaced and tightened the chain. Both technicians were extremely personable and professional. I spoke with Peggy and Chris to arrange service and they were extremely accommodating and understanding. Overhead door is an excellent company and I recommend them highly!!!!

From ordering the garage door with the salesman, to dealing with the two installers, I couldn't have been happier. They were kind, courteous & knowledgeable. Beautiful looking door.
