Our door spring and cable broke on Black Friday morning. Both cars were trapped in the garage. We called for repair help and they were able to fit us in that afternoon. Tom came out, upgraded us to 2 springs and fixed everything quickly for a very reasonable price.

Our garage door spring broke and we needed it fixed ASAP since one of our vehicles was trapped inside. We called around 4pm and Tom came out within just a couple of hours. He was professional, friendly, and had the repair done in under 30 minutes. We were so grateful for the quick and efficient service!

My warranty company used them as the dispatch service to fix my opener and I’m left with a severely broken garage door (brand new from 12/23) and opener. They knew my opener was broke and they clicked it anyways, left my door open and caused a large dent, then sent an email saying everything worked properly (lie). They were at my property for 4 minutes. I then went to shut my garage door, since they said it was working fine and everything fell down and crumbled. I tried contacting multiple times for support and Rob blocked my number from texting after gaslighting me by saying I left the manual slide lock out which was not the case. I had to pay another company to help get the door shut ($450) and was quoted $1950 for a new door and $300 for opener. This is all on Overhead Door Pros based

My warranty company had them come assess my garage door. They sent out an employee, won’t mention names because I’m not trying to punish anyone, just want this to be a learning opportunity and hopefully provide my experience. The assessment determined it was not covered which I expected. After leaving, I discovered another item, the belt, which needed repair. I felt my out of pocket assessment of $75 was not a detailed and a fully comprehensive one. I was initially told that the belt was covered. I also was quoted for installing a new opener on my other door. Altogether I was looking at $700 for the new door and $150 for the install. Used these guys in the past for the motor and called them back out to replace my garage cuz the wind blew it in. Didn't take them long and it looks great. I'm sure I'll need them again and can recommend
