STOP Restoration Services of Fort Worth TX

Noticed a leak in my laundry room that apparently had been slowly leaking for a while. Called STOP Restoration to for a quote on repairs and to ensure I didn’t have mold as it appeared to have been a while before I noticed the leak. I am very pleased on how Justin Grove handled the matter. He was thorough, professional, and the price was reasonable. Thank you for the honest work you do!

One of my neighbors Justin Grove I noticed works for this company and I thought I might have an issue in my kitchen with a water leak I had a couple of months ago. I asked him if he was able to take a look at it one evening when I caught him getting off work. He was more then happy to come take a look. After looking at my issue he determined there was not anything I needed to do. Not only did he give me peace of mind but its nice to see honest people working for honest companies these day. Justin Grove will be getting a call if I ever have any sort of water mold or fire damage in my home.

They did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. They were prompt, kind, and professional. Rosie was especially helpful with coordinating the appointment. Would highly recommend them!

I wish I could give them NO stars, couldn't get past a phone conversation Lisa was talking over me the whole time. Will never do business with this company. Get some employees who care about the customer mould is a serious issue not to be taken lightly. Edit: If your employee had the capacity for patience to LISTEN to what I had to say as opposed to talking over me the issue would have been explained. Regardless if I'm the home owner or not I called to ask questions about the process because the property management company has been dragging their feet for 3 years but you know who cares about my family being sick and having health issues let's keep it all about policy and procedures. Where's the ethics in that?!

I highly recommend Scott and his team for any mold, water damage, or home repair work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough from start to finish. Scott took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure the job was done right. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations — everything was cleaned up, repaired, and restored perfectly. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but Scott’s honesty and attention to detail really stand out.
