We are pretty handy and after lots of googling and adjustments, we were still having issues with our garage door. After calling overhead door solutions, they promptly called back (at night!), listened to our issue and thoughtfully diagnosed and explained the problem. They provided options to keep our home secure that allowed us to delay the repair and avoid extra charges over the weekend and did an incredible job assessing the situation and providing the most cost effective long term solution. The installation was completed quickly and cleanly and we couldn’t recommend them more. It was a pleasure to work with a company that knows what they are doing and provides excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Garage door operator replacement on 2-7 went smooth, no issues! The only reason I knocked off a star is it took them over a week and a half to deposit my check payment (on 2-20). I'm used to local businesses depositing the same or next business day. After a phone call, I was informed they only deposit checks a few times a month. Again, service was great, just don't use a check for payment if you don't want to wait.

Sebastian fro Overhead Door Solutions came to replace our broken garage door spring today. He was right on time, very professional and polite. He took the time to explain everything and finished the job well within the expected time. He did a great job and cleaned up completely. Very satisfied with him and his work! I would also like to compliment the lady that answered the phone and set up the appointment. She was also very professional and pleasant when I called. I had a great experience with Overhead Door Solutions. They communicated very well and were on top of issues. The Manufacturer sent the wrong inserts, but Zach was able to switch them out for us no problem. The installer did a great job with our door. Quick turnaround from order to installation, about 1 week.
