Brian arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and walked through the pricing upfront so there were no surprises. The before and after pictures were the most impressive part! Just had whole house air duct cleaning and would highly recommend Heritage! Excellent customer service, communication about pricing, scheduling, procedure and arrived at the scheduled time. Had the whole house done, including the dryer vent exhaust. Not cheap, but worth it. They did an excellent job. Took great care to not damage any of the woodwork in the house while cleaning out 25+ vents. Dryer’s working better than it has for quite some time. Will definitely hire them again.
