Overson technician Shelby did a wonderful job! He showed up on time, was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. He was professional and efficient. Shelby completed the service and told me if I need anything else before the next scheduled appointment to call and they will respond quickly. Overson is a great company!

Our experience with Overson has so far been fantastic. Our Field Expert Alex did a superb inspection & wrote up a detailed plan to share with us to fix our termite problem that has been resurfacing every couple of months the past 2 years. Way to go Alex! Also, Mikala, the customer service rep was delightful to deal with! Highly recommend this company. If they live up to our first experience, this will be a great company!

Alex Ho did a great job spraying my house and getting rid of spider webs, etc. He arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and well. He was informative on the process and the next steps. Very professional and I’m very happy with the service!

We had a bee problem in the house and the technician Jared arrived within 2 hours and assessed the situation. He inspected the entire house inside and outside. Apparently, the bees (about 9 of them) in the house were drones in search of a place for the hive. They posed no danger. For safety purposes, because we have an individual who is allergic to bee stings) Jared sprayed around our windows and doors inside and outside. The best news was no hive was found inside or outside of the house. Jared was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very courteous and kind. He did a wonderful job!!!

You only get one shot at a First Impression, and I can gladly attest that young Alex and Overson Pest Control hit it out of the park! Great service provided by a great technician. Alex answered questions I didn't even know to ask! My neighborhood has had a scorpion infestation for years and I finally decided to turn control over to a professional and am glad I did.
