Our community hired OverTop Painting for a full community painting project. We hired them to paint the exterior of the owner dwelling units (14 buildings), the clubhouse, and other structures throughout the community. They did an even better job than we expected! Communication with them throughout the project was exceptional, they adhered to their schedule, coordinated well with our project manager, and their work was top notch. As an HOA, it can be challenging to get contractors to come out for estimates but they showed up a day or so after we contacted them, answered all our questions, and provided sufficient options for the Board's considerations. Mario was incredibly professional, and the entire team was very friendly and respectful. I'm a tenant of Village Springs and have great gratitude for OTP. They not only jumped my car, but showed remarkable consideration for everyone's property and vehicle making sure to section off any part of the lot that even had a possibility of paint splatter. They covered all vehicles with plastic that didn't get the memo as well. Our building looked pretty awful before they came along. Now I feel proud when I pull up home because it looks so clean and fresh. I'm astounded by the attention to detail and perfectionism this team has displayed through their work ethic.

Overtop Painting did an amazing job on our home. From the start they had excellent communication and were very responsive, answered all our questions and even some we didn’t know we had. When their team came out to paint our house outside and inside, I was impressed with their attention to detail that when we did the walk through after the job was done it was perfection! They did a great job cleaning up after as well, it looked like a brand new house. I recommend them every time someone mentions needing a painting job done. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I can’t say enough great things about the level of service and workmanship. It was amazing and now I truly understand why they are called “over the top.” Marcel the owner came out for the consult, he already knew the layout of our house and square feet. He gave great suggestions and advice. The day the job started. Marcel came out with the crew and these guys were prompt! His crew was very professional in all aspects. These guys are 100% pros. Moved around our furniture, dropped clothed everything, taped everything and got to work. I don’t know if these guys ever spilled any paint, if they did, that’s how great of a job was done cleaning up after. If you want quality, work ethic, attention to detail and professionalism. You NEED this company.
