Big thanks to Josh and the Ground Masters team! Had them grind out a hard maple stump! Looked simple at first, but the job turned south in a hurry once Josh got into it. The root flare was massive, and the wood was dense. Josh stuck with it for hours and got it done right. They hauled away all the chips, brought in black dirt, and left the yard clean and level. I even asked if I owed more — “Nope,” he said. “It is what it is.” Then after all that, he still asked if it looked deep enough. Honor and integrity are rare these days! Josh and the Ground Masters team have both. Highly recommend.

Got a response back for a quote pretty quick. Set up a day to come and do the work. Never showed up or called to communicate they wouldn't be able to make it to do the work. We actually called to see what was going on and they couldn't give any information when they would be there. We shouldn't have to call to verify a time or time frame they should be there. Waited for the next day, no call to apologize for not showing the day before. We called again to get some information, person that answered the phone wanted to transfer to this person or transfer to that person. Communication really needs to be a part of your company. Even if its not knowing the answer at least acknowledge that piece and don't let people hang. Tell them if you don't know the situation but be willing to find out the an

Spoke with them in February about ash border treatment for 2 ash trees left several messages with Chad no response. Called in April again no response, called again in May and Chad said he would be here on May 27th day after Memorial day at 8 am no show no call . I would not recommend this company at least he could have done was to call ans say he was not interested in the job but having a company and not responding to customers is not good business especially making appointments and not calling or showing up

Extremely nice staff. They answer their phones and return messages promptly. Their prices are decent and their work is excellent. I needed to rent a piece of equipment to do my own landscaping and they were warm and friendly and accommodating. I’ll be using them again!

I recommend Groundsmasters to everyone. They are prompt & reliable & provide great service. John plowed us out today and did a great job. For some reason I contacted a few other private services first but they never had the respect to even get back to me! Kuddos to John, Trey, and Groundsmasters!!!
