Owatonna Heating & Cooling

Our furnace was running but not heating. Called Owatonna Heating and Cooling this morning. They got back to us very quickly and sent out their tech. Brandon did a great job figuring out the problem. Explained everything to a T. I would give them a call again. They took very good care of us...Thank you!!

We had an issue with our thermostat back in June of 2024 and they were able to answer my questions and help me get the thermostat running properly which finally made our AC come back on! Then in January 2025 our Furnance went out and we had asked another company to look at our unit as we were outside the Owatonna service area. They had told us we would need to replace the unit entirely and offered to replace it for 8K+. We called Owatonna heating and cooling as they specialize in our Brand of unit and they recommended we check the inside of the unit for the service code. This could tell us what was wrong. Long story short it ended up being a small part we could clean out on our own and there was no need to replace the unit. Both times we called they were friendly and extremely helpful! Wou

Going into a holiday weekend and of course our AC went out. Tried everything we could think of before we called in OHC. Autumn was such a sweetheart and definitely tried her hardest to get someone out before the after hours time started. She kept checking in with me and gave me updates on when she thought she could get a tech out to me. Luckily she was able to get tech out and he was done in less than an our. He was very informative and even helped me learn the fancy thermostat that was in the house. 10/10 would definitely recommend Owatonna Heating & Cooling.

Excellent service. They would have had someone out shortly after I called but I told them next day was fine. The tech showed up within minutes of when they called to confirm and was very polite, clean and had my furnace fixed within 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again if needed.

On one of coldest days of this year my furnace had problems. Called Owatonna heating and cooling and they were prompt and professional and had a service technician at my house with in an hour. Got the furnace working again rather quickly. Would recommend.
